Basic and Prerequisite Classes

Level 1 - Muscle and Emotion
Introduction to Body Energy Theory covering the muscular developmental tasks that initiate and support successful completion of emotional development. Coinciding brain development is also taught. Parenting styles that support or delay these stages are also discussed. This class will open up a state of awe and unlimited possibilities of meeting and responding to children (indigo and crystal children especially).

Level 2 - Ego States and Chakras
Intensity and power is increased in Level 2 by walking the body labyrinth, focusing on ego conflicts that cause autoimmune illness and emotional conflict. Somatic adult ego functions - functions of bonding, balancing, grounding, boundaries, and more - are taught in conjunction with developmental stages. This class will open up a state of awe and unlimited possibilities of meeting and responding to children (indigo and crystal children especially).

Level 3 - Human Energy System
This seven-week course has Level 1 and Level 2 as prerequisites. How to work with energy in the human body is taught on a personal level. Work with energy flow, clearing, and protection.

Level 4
The cognitive learning and the preparing of the body in Level 1 and Level 2 is the basis for deep "I/Thou" body energy work. The intensity and power of moving energy into a muscle group with the knowledge, in addition to preparing the body structure to handle the energy, while resolving life-debilitating conflicts.

• Participants will be able to identify developmental stuck points and how to work with their body energy to transcend them.
• Participants learn powerful routines to do at home to create the emotional life changes they desire.
• Participants have the opportunity to complete developmental tasks and create a new functioning somatic ego.
